IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS FOR ALL BMB PARENTS AND PLAYERS -- All Parents (includes Legal Guardians) and Players must understand their obligations to be a part of Baltimore - Metro Baseball. In order to do so, there are two documents that every Player and Parent must read, understand and agree to, they are the 2011 BMB League Rules and BMB Parent / Player Agreement.
PLAYER RELEASE PROCESS -- Effective immediately, our BMB League Rule has been changed to make the release process a more effective and efficient system. All BMB Players are automatically released from their current BMB team on August 1 or at a date thereafter should that team be involved in a BMB Franchised Tournament providing that the player does not owe their current team any equipment / uniforms (which are required to be returned) or any monetary fees. Players that fall into this category will not be allowed to participate with any other BMB team until these obligations are met. Further, the team manager has the right to sign players to his team for the upcoming season, any player / parent that signs the team agreement form will be strictly prohibited from requesting a release until November 1, no exceptions. After November 1 any player can request a release by submitting a written request to Bill Allen, Assistant Commissioner, at WEAllenBMB@verizon.net.
